AsiaPac AdTechinno Group, a Hong Kong-based adtech platform provider, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $25 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $25 million by offering 3.1 million shares at a price range of $7 to $9.

Its services include campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, with a focus on data-driven targeting and cross-border marketing. The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 1996 and booked $46 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol APAT. AsiaPac AdTechinno Group filed confidentially on November 10, 2025. Maxim Group LLC is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
